Seeing as being industrious and creative are 2 of our core values, back in 2018, STS yet again applied these values to our NoMorePly® system. It had always been the fastest system to install on the market, but one of the hold-backs was that once installed onto a timber floor, we recommended applying 1 to 2 coats of SBR acrylic primer. This was to ensure the boards were sealed, free of dust and offered the best adhesion possible.
In order to truly keep NoMorePly® as the fastest fit system, we knew we had to remove the priming step from the installation process. After many trails and tests, we installed our priming production line in our factory in Leeds, enabling us to prime the boards before sending them on to site.
With no need to prime, fast setting of the MEGA Strength PU Adhesive and self drilling / countersinking screws, NoMorePly® remains as an industry leading tile backing board solution.
