An iced mocha to enjoy on a nice warm day, recipe by Stéph Ellis.


150ml black coffee (instant or machine)

Ice cubes

1tsp drinking chocolate powder

30ml double cream or squirty cream

150ml milk

Chocolate powder for decorating

Magic stars

Step 1:

Put iced cubes or crushed ice in a glass and pour in 150ml of the coffee of your choice.

Step 2:

Add 1tsp of sugar and 1tsp of drinking chocolate powder into the drink.  Add 150ml milk and mix with a small whisk or spoon.

Step 3:

Add whipped cream on top and dust with chocolate powder.  Add a few magic stars and don’t forget the straw!
